\natteint le sommet des ventes et l’attention de la critique. Chroniqueur de journaux depuis plus de vingt ans, il est traduit en plusieurs langues et publie r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans des anthologies
\net des revues litt\u00e9raires portugaises et \u00e9trang\u00e8res. Il est n\u00e9 sur l’\u00eele de Terceira, aux A\u00e7ores, et a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 \u00e0 Lisbonne \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de 18 ans pour \u00e9tudier les relations internationales. Apr\u00e8s
\npr\u00e8s de deux d\u00e9cennies de travail en tant que reporter, r\u00e9dacteur en chef et r\u00e9dacteur en chef de la plupart des principaux organes de presse portugais, il est retourn\u00e9 dans son \u00eele natale en
