Church of Santa Beatriz

Built in the mid fifteenth century by the first settlers of this parish, the altar has images of Santa Beatriz, flanked by São Francisco de Assis and Santo António, as well as two side chapels, Nossa Senhora do Rosário and São Pedro. It was ruined by the earthquake of 1980 and has undergone restoration work.
