The Império do Espírito Santo de Santa Rita, built in 1888, is located in the parish of Santa Cruz, Praia da Vitória, in the Church Square. It celebrates the feast of the Divine Holy Spirit on Pentecost and Trinity Sundays. During the eight Sundays after Easter, there is a special worship, with special emphasis on the Sundays of the Bodo. The processions depart from the homes of the brothers with insignias, going to the church for coronation and mass, followed by the blessing of bread and wine in the empire.
